We were all a bit cold for this session. Considering we shot in January, the weather was so nice to us and, yes I get excited when shooting winter pictures! The images have such a different look to them. Even better, both Frank and Jessica seemed so natural behind the camera (you guys really did! ) I absolutely loved the pink Jessica wore. It made everything so vibrant and full of “pop”. Of course, you want those kind of pictures right!? We are looking forward to meeting back up in a couple months to talk more wedding talk! But until then, we want to both wish you the very best of luck on your engagement and we pray everything runs super smoothly as you finish planning.

She was pretty tired by the time we got around to shooting these. The pictures below of her indoors, you can see her gazing out like “come on, am I done yet?” It’s funny because she is growing up discovering new things. All the time, I notice us find the smallest things so cute. Or look at what she did, or amazed how small her little attitude is We’re all discovering how, being so tiny, that her actions astonish us when she accomplishes things so simple. Like when she goes underneath a table because she is a little too tall for it. She’ll crouch just enough and walk under without bumping her head. lol Then she looks at you like “I got this.”

It still amazes me how those little legs walk around, toting her bottle in hand, determined to do whatever she has in her mind. I love Ms. Vannah. A little belated, but Happy Birthday baby

We have lived in our new place for about 2 months now and love it. The location is perfect and we adjusted super easily. But we both love remodeling and updating. When we have downtime we look around thinking “oh we could do this, or paint that, or remove that wall!”  I like decorating and Jason likes building, and we both love seeing an end result. This apartment is home and we hope to add “us” to it in the simpler ways, even if that means we can’t re-tile or replace all the trim
